At BOXELITE CLUB, we take pride in our handcrafted products and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that concerns may arise. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
- Refund, return, or exchange requests are accepted within 14 days from the order placement date.
- To request a refund, return, or exchange, please contact us via our email boxeliteclubcom@gmail.com and provide:
- Your order number
- A detailed reason for your request
- Supporting evidence (photos/videos) as required
- Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days, and we will notify you via email of the outcome.
2. Required Proof for Refund Consideration
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit:
- A video recording of the unboxing, showing the item being removed from the box for the first time as it arrived to you.
- Clear images of any reported defects or issues.
Failure to provide this documentation may result in the denial of your refund request.
3. Order Cancellation
- Same-day cancellations are allowed only if the order has not yet been shipped or processed.
- If your order has already been shipped, delivered, or is in transit, cancellation is not possible.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
If a refund request is approved, payments will be refunded as follows:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments – Refunded within 7 business day
- PayPal Payments – Refunded within 7 business day
- Wire Transfers & Check Payments – Refunded within 7 business days (transfer costs are covered by the customer)
- Other Payment Methods – Refunded within 5 to 7 business days
If applicable, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive a signed Letter of Product Destruction from you.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Personalized or Custom Products are strictly non-refundable.
- Due to sanitary reasons, gloves, clothing, and other wearable items cannot be returned once opened or used.
- Items with no verified defects or subjective concerns (e.g., “feels different”) are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds will not be granted for minor variations in color, texture, or size that do not affect performance.
6. Shipping Costs for Refunds & Exchanges
- If a refund or exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returning the item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipments must include tracking information to ensure delivery.
